About this Flemish cycling classic you will find everything in the experience center of the Center of Flanders, planted in the old city center. Oudenaarde also wants to stimulate cycling tourism with happenings such as "Word Flandrien", "Golden Flanders" or "Retro Round". Relaxing cycling in the track of Adriaan Brouwer

Enjoy cycling in the track of Adriaan Brouwer for the cycling route and do the famous venomous slopes and headlands. Every sportive cyclist can get his heart here and enjoy local produce on the local cafes and taverns.

"This 35 km Theme Tour combines the best of the Flemish Ardennes. You start in the historic heart of Oudenaarde, driving through impressive landscapes and views and by the beautiful nature, like in Bos' t Ename. You get a couple of cool slopes from the Round of Flanders for the wheels, but you can immediately breathe in some typical cafes and your thirsty lessons with a true "Old-fashioned brown". In the Flemish Ardennes, religious traditions are often associated with sweets, such as the nuts and leaks (Mariabedevaart in Kerselare). Adriaen Brouwer was a real life genius and you will have known this bike ride between Oudenaarde and Maarkedal! "

The Schelde Valley

Visitors who are not fond of sporting efforts can follow the course of the Schelde throughout the year. Mountain biking

Golf- & Countryclub Oudenaarde, in the historic domain of the imposing 19th century castle of Petegem (1847), can start from summer 2007 on two beautiful 18 hole courses, namely 'KASTEEL' (par71) and 'ANKER' (par72).
In addition, the club has 4 exercise holes, putting green, chipping green and practice area.
